Founder
Founded by Louise Deguine, a French architect trained at ENSA Paris-Malaquais and registered with the French Order of Architects, Atelier Ondra draws from experience developed through architecture, renovation and interior design projects in France and internationally.
Louise Deguine holds both the State Diploma in Architecture (DEA) and the HMONP qualification, granting full accreditation to practice architecture independently and lead projects in France.
Before founding the studio, she worked within several international architecture practices in Paris and San Francisco, including EHDD Architecture, the Californian practice founded by Charles Eley, known for its environmentally responsible approach to architecture; STUDIOS Architecture, an international firm specialized in contemporary workplace and mixed-use environments; and Nathanaël Dorent Architecture, recognized for bespoke private residences and projects regularly featured in leading architecture and design publications.
Her work is guided by a strong sensitivity to materials, contemporary ways of living, and the relationship between architecture, craftsmanship and landscape. Through each project, the studio seeks to create refined and enduring spaces shaped by light, natural materials and a careful attention to context.
